Tremendous News.First batch of Volunteers trained.
The first five of our volunteers successfully completed their training to use the AED and Oxygen.
Our Trainer, Julie put us through our paces after giving us two weekends of intensive, but enjoyable training.
We were quite nervous running through a number of 'scenarios' to test whether we could provide the correct treatment to a patient in a safe manner, using the equipment we will have at our disposal.
We all took turns to take a lead and demonstrate that we had understood the requirements, and we are very proud to have passed the assessment.
